Confidentiality

Unlike court hearings, mediation and arbitration sessions are private and entail a confidentiality clause enforced by law. According to section 42-A of the Arbitration & Conciliation Act 2019, all parties to an arbitration process are bound by law to maintain confidentiality of the proceedings. The mediator/arbitrator cannot be forced to disclose any information relating to the case nor disclose any views expressed by parties during the proceedings. All the proceedings are held in a private and closed set-up to provide our users/clients with an extra layer of confidentiality. Bharat Solve’s platform adheres to the highest data security protocols and assures complete confidentiality to all parties involved. Bharat Solve has implemented all appropriate safeguards to prevent unauthorised access to any party’s information, documents and to maintain data security.
